Leader of a five piece band based in Cape Town, as a lead guitarist, vocalist and song-writer who is as graduated at the South African College of Music(Jazz studies), at University of Cape Town. The compositions are in a world music/cross over, with influences from Mozambican, Latin, jazz, rock, funk and more (innovative music better way of describing it).

He as started is own band  in 2002 and has performed at various venues in Cape Town: Manenberg Jazz Cafe, the Independent Armchair Theatre, Obs Festival, Mercury Lounge, Acoustic Cafe and in a Mozambican tour over Maputo and surrounding areas in early February 2004. In August and September 2004 he as appeared in collaboration with Freshly Ground and 340ml, at The Independent Armchair Theatre and Joburg  also with Jimmy Dlulu in December at Kennedy’s .Again  Dino Miranda in 1997/98  works as a guitarist of the Mozambican star Chico Antonio ,works with Zimbabwean based  American musician  Chris berry, Swedish based Mozambican based Celso Paco , December 2002 to 2003  performs in Dubai(middle east) as a guitarist of  Cuba Groove Band ,December 2004 to February 2005 he tours in south Mozambique with the rhythm session of  the  Mozambican Timbila band (xylophone band) called Timblila Muzimba as is backing band,  participate on Christmas special  Convivio de amizade ( music program broad coasted on the Mozambican biggest TV /TVM) also does  workshops, research, working with  well known names of the Mozambican music, and also participates on a recording the latest album of  the  Mozambican  star Stewart Sukuma album to be released soon.
